Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized orders.
I can not accept returns or exchanges on items on sale.
Conditions of return: We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item. Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
Once purchased this label will cover the shipping return and exchange costs.
HOW TO USE:
1. Purchase this listing.
2. When purchasing please include the correct e-mail address for us to send the return label to.
3. Print return label and adhere it to your return package.
4. Please include on a separate piece of paper the color and size of item you would like in REPLACEMENT.
5. Drop at your nearest USPS location.
6. Wait 2-5 days for us to send a confirmation of return.
7. Replacement item will be shipped out 1-5 days after the return has been received.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We do not accept exchanges or returns if the product does not make it to you in the allowed shipping window. We are efficient in getting our products out in the said processing time and are not responsible for shipping delays.
We can offer insurance for an extra $2 to insure your purchase in an event of a lost or stolen package. My Gold Petal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens please contact your local USPS, UPS or Fed Ex carriers.
We do not refund for packages that have delivered tracking. If the tracking says delivered and you have not received your package please contact the shipping provider. If you would like a replacement for a lost or stolen package we can offer 30% off of your replacement.
If your package is sent back to us we are happy to resend it out once a small shipping fee is paid by the customer. If the customer would not like the shirt returned to them we can off a 1/2 off refund.
Please understand we are a small company and can not take responsibility for unforeseeable shipping issues.
If the product is substantially delayed in shipping we will offer return per individual basis. We can offer a refund on shipping but not a full return on product because of shipping delays. Sorry for the inconvenience. Email us with any questions about shipping.
We love to make custom and personalized orders, that is what sets us apart. We can not accept returns or exchanges on these because the amount of time and effort is put in to them. All custom orders are made for a specific individual.
Please review sizing charts which are available when you scroll through the product images. If you have any questions about our sizing charts or what size may fit you please ask us and we can help pick out your size. We do not offer returns for sizing issues.
Please wash all apparel products on cold inside out and hang dry/dry on low heat. Do not apply heat to any decal areas of t-shirt. This may distort the print.

Our design team creates our unique designs. For application we use high quality, commercial grade plastisol prints or Heat Transfer Vinyl. They are then pressed with a commercial grade heat press.
